Readers may recall that Treasury froze the assets of KindHearts for Charitable Humanitarian Development some time ago (6 years, I believe), pending a possible OFAC designation of the group. The designation never came, but in the meantime KindHearts sued on grounds including the Fourth and Fifth Amendments. It seems the case has now settled, on terms very favorable to KindHearts.
